Our pistachios come from Turkey, more precisely from the "pistachio city" GAZIANTEP. This is world-renowned for the excellent quality and beauty of its pistachios. The pistachio plantations are passed on from generation to generation. A pistachio tree grows in a predominantly hot and dry climate, can live up to more than 300 years and only bears fruit every two years. The pistachio kernels can be divided into different quality grades - depending on the harvest time. Pistachios are saturated with healthy minerals and vitamins and have a long shelf life.
