Our pistachios come from Turkey. Strictly speaking from the "pistachio city" GAZIANTEP. This is world-renowned for the excellent quality and beauty of their pistachios. The pistachio plantations are passed on from generation to generation. A pistachio tree grows in a predominantly hot and dry climate, can live up to more than 300 years and only bears fruit every two years. That makes the pistachio something very special! The pistachio nuts can be divided into different grades of quality. These depend on the harvest time. Pistachios are packed with healthy minerals and vitamins and have a long shelf life.
